SIGGRAPH Now is a new series of content from SIGGRAPH conferences. While nothing replaces the in-person experience, SIGGRAPH Now extends the production session experience for attendees and pulls back the curtain for those who have yet to join us.
We are thrilled to share our inaugural session, a look behind the scenes of the blockbuster film “War for the Planet of the Apes.” Join Weta Digital Visual Effects Supervisor Anders Langlands as he discusses the body and facial performance capture used to create the film’s stunning VFX.
SIGGRAPH 2018 will take place 12–16 August 2018 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Registration will open in March 2018, and the call for submissions is now open!
